This is not about our West Coast Recreational fishery but a look back at the Atlantic Cod Fishery collapse and just how fragile our fisheries are when mismanaged. Good reminder of past DFO gross mismanagement. The public fishery sector has to work hard to prevent the west coast salmon fishery from collapsing from ongoing DFO mismanagement and political meddling.
