Bo Palmer of Defiance Boats just bought them up to continue the line into the future. Pretty cool stuff for Arima owners. Hate to see good boat companies go down. I have always like the Arima line. Parts will be available as always apparently.

Getting bought out is way better then a Chapter 11 or a 7---I fear they were heading in that direction---way too many used ones on the market with people shedding their toys in tough times--I can imagine getting people to step up for a new one was even tougher

Nice to know us Arima owners still have a place to buy Arima parts--- hope Defiance can figure out the right price point without watering down the soup
