Anyone Watch The Humpback Whales Off Campbell River??

Saw at least two yesterday goofing around between Quathiaski Cove and Copper Bluffs and then talked to people who had been following them from Big Rock south of town all the way to the Tyee Spit.

Not often seen around here so neat to know they're about.

Saw them from the house, but thought they were Minkes, (sp) ? Nice to see and also nice to see that most of the boats were standing off. .............BB

Looks like one Humpy heading up the inside didn't make it unfortunately.
