Anyone on Vancouver Island building custom rods?

I have collected most of the parts needed to build a really nice Salmon rod, instead of buying a CRB tool kit and building it myself does anyone do custom builds on the Island? I'm using a NFC 1065-2 HM and Alps reel seat with Silicone carbide guides and full cork rear and fore grips with a rubberized cork butt.

Check out this guy in Victoria. If doesn't build he'll likely know somebody who does. This fellow has a very good reputation.
