Anyone Know Any Good Prawning Spots?

Does anyone know any good prawning spots outside of Saanich Inlet & Stewart Channel? Those two areas are under pulse fishing so they're only open 2 weeks/month until Christmas. I'd be very grateful for any suggestions. Please DM me if you don't want to broadcast your favourite spot.

I tried off Hamely yesterday. Disaster. The traps slid under the current (much higher in that location than at the nearby current station) and entangled in something. They were impossible to pull up.

Spot prawns can be found in many locations,
The reason the inlet is so popular is the lack of current.
Traps are relatively safe from loss .
Suggest you try it when open rather than lose more gear due to strong currents.
