In the process of challenging the Sport Fishing Institute's Certified Tidal Angling Course and am looking to chat with anyone who has already done so.

I challenged it, it was no prob, all common sense stuff. Almost a waste of time acct. One of the questions was which end of the flasher do you put the lure on? I think we were the second group to do it and we all said to easy change it up or don't even bother with it.Be interested to know if they made it harder.

A large group of us out of Victoria challenged it ,this was organized buy Darren and Ward from Island Outfitters last year,it was very easy ,infact it was a pilot course so they may have changed a few things but if you have been involved in the fishing charter industry for awhile it will be very very easy for most,the hard part is all the paper work and noterizing of hours spent doing the different tasks that are asked of.You can pm me or give the boys at Outfitters a call
