Sweet truck, I have 2001 same package, best truck I have ever owned. Have just over 300k on it now and she is just getting broken in. Tows like a dream, great truck for someone who needs to tow and move stuff.

Yep, I agree. I have a 2002, F350 with a 7.3. Best truck I have ever owned, no doubt. Mine has 115K on it.

24000 is too much as I am looking and have a good idea of the fair value. But a nice truck just the same

ORRR, buy a Dodge Cummins 5.9, and you won't even remember 300 K when the thing finally dies. 500 K + is very common with the old 5.9s.

Buy a dodge and have fun fixing everything else with the truck. Dont get me wrong the cummin's is a great motor the rest of the truck not so much.

The 7.3L is by far the best diesel motor Ford ever put in a truck.

He is WAYYY out to lunch. High teens maybe. I paid 20G for my 2000 Lariat in 2005 with 221K on it, did the Auto at 391K, has 455K on it and won't die. The truck is falling apart around the power train, but if I can't kill it, it's a darn good truck.
