Any experience with this lift raft?

I fish off shore most of the time and decided to look into an emergency life raft. I have been looking at this one from Survival. Has any bought and used this raft? http://www.survivalproductsinc.com/fourman.htm It is light weight, (12#)holds 4 people, and has a lifetime warranty, but I can't find any reviews on it.
Also, any views on EPIRB, which ones?

NOT APPROVED That means something but I guess A raft is better than NO RAFT

I saw that but I think that means for charters and commercial boats. I am just looking for something for safety. Just keep me afloat until help arrives. Size is a concern, and 12# I can tolerate.

Not approved also can mean for inland waters rather than offshore.
