Anchor Pulpit Setup for Seasports For Sale

Getting started striping some items off my new seasport. First item is a factory Seasport Bow Anchor Setup. I don’t anchor up so I am taking this system off.

Parts included are

Bow Pulpit
Windless fiberglass mounting box fits in the bow area of a seasport
Lewmar electric windless + remote
Delta anchor with stainless steel swivel, chain and rope. My guess is about 25ft of chain and 100 feet of rope.

Pulpit has some fiberglass chips where the anchor sits.

Isn’t an anchor required as part of your mandatory safety equipment?

Not if you’re constantly anchored to massive salmon. I believe there is an exemption in this case with this particularly fishy boat, no?

There is no exemption, I prefer to not have my anchor mounted on the BOW. I also have an emergency anchor in the front hold of my boat that I can manually deploy. I also always have my halibut Anchor in the rear hold as well. I just don't want/need the fancy Windless
