Adding an hour for daylight savings

Does anyone know if we still have to do that for tide guides or does it depend on what guide you're getting it from?

Table or book should have a statement whether or not the listed times are standard or daylight savings.
All depends on the guide you are using I guess.
Here's a DFO tide site that lists the times in PDY, compare to your table and you should see what time framework they use.
