A&E Marine Auction

Dam, hope someone buys it all to start a marine repair business, not worth much at auction but turn key for a business.
It was coming a year ago - over-promising then no follow through. I've been happy in Campbell River, since.

Now now I'd have to hire more slaves and make more room. Tools aren't that great. I'd take the Doosan though. Even that other machine however looks like it's not on the bottle so we have an insta problem right there

I was just looking at this business, thinking that maybe it is a good turnkey business for somebody. Though it’s odd that both Marine businesses that were in that building both closed this year. Is it the industry, the location, pricing, the quality of service I don’t know. They seemed to have had a lot of customers that have supported them for a number of years in the Comox Valley.

It’s just so surprising you would think a business like this could be sold, but for such a company just to shut their doors and put everything on the auction block. There must be more to the story.

Lots of I/O parts so maybe the owner had enough of abusing himself
