9.9 short shaft kicker wanted

I've got some money put aside to purchase a good condition motor. Would like something that someone is selling to upgrade or due to lack of fish this dismal year, is selling all,meaning I don't want the engine that has been collecting dust bunnies in the garage.
I'm looking for a 9.9 but an 8hp. would work too.

i have amerc 9.9 short shaft2 strokemerc thats been sitting for awhile its a short shaft merc around late 990s only want 4 hun forit though.

I live in Victoria. I'll get it over to my place, you can take it and try it out. The motor is at a friends' who is also in victoria. You can take it to motor shop and get it checked if you like.
