I don't understand why nobody is looking at this boat. Recent survey gave it a clean bill of health with replacement of 66k and market value of 26k. radar, gps/sounder/ vhf, stocked galley with everything for cruising, anchor, trim tabs, stainless prop, inverter, hot water, shower, head, stereo, recent canvas, bottom paint. No dings very clean and dry. I priced this boat at 18k to sell fast. it is worth s look and is moored in the Comox marina for viewing and sea trial.
