80s Double Eagle drain plug

I have a 176 ‘81 double eagle and there’s no drain plug. I’d like drill to drain the hull but not exactly sure where. Any advice?

There’s a bilge drain but it’s covered by the my outboard. That’s not a concern. I want to install a drain lower, to drain the hull under the floor. I’ve heard of guys doing this on DE boats but I’m not sure exactly where to drill. If anyone has done this and has a picture that would be appreciated. Thanks.
