Does ordering blanks, stickers, hooks and split rings from china and assembling it in Canada count as "made in Canada"? The most expensive local tackle I ever bought the stickers fell off in one use. They did catch fish though.

You only have to have 51 percent made here. 49 percent can be made offshore and you can label made in Canada when you assemble here.

Most people are suprised about that but that is how it is.

I find it difficult to determine each manufacturer’s process so I can make an informed decision
