heads up if your interested in this boat.
front deck is rotten big time, huge soft spots, water leaks and mold in the cuddy
teak needs refinishing = totally rotten and need replacing
thing shows as terribly neglected

sounds like he over paid to have a 383 installed and wants 24000 to recoup his costs


edit- oh an port ( i think) stringer seems to have some sort of delamination going on beside engine
