1988 Class C "Sold"
We are selling our RV because we are losing storage on our 1988 Ford Class C and have access to another family members travel trailer for camping.
We are third owners of this well cared for RV
28’ long Travelaire Prestige approx. 200, 000 km
Fuel Injected 460
Rebuilt transmission by previous owners with approx. 3000km on it
Fiberglass sides, not wood/aluminum siding
Entertainment package above cab instead of bed. Excellent amount of storage cupboard space
Couch bench on each side of dining table that drops into huge bed if needed
Twin rear single beds
Winter Package (double pane windows, enclosed under carriage)
Laminate flooring
Interior is in good shape and upholstery originally came with 20yr guarantee and it shows as it is high end material
Previous owners had windows removed and resealed every two years and appliances serviced regularly
This truly is a great unit and we looked hard to find this one.
What this motorhome does need is one rear tire to be replaced and ideally a set of 4 new rear tires as there is lots of life left in this unit. (front tires are near new)
Bathroom tap water fitting fixed under sink
Likely Onan Generator will need tune up as it has not been used in a while. We replaced carb on it but decided to use our Yamaha generator instead as its quieter.
With the new owner needing to do the above listed items and having little time myself to accomplish we are selling this unit below the average asking price for
