radar

Thinking of purchasing a newer Garmin GMR 18xHD3 for my boat. Fishing mostly inland waters, no need to see birds 10 miles away. Does anyone have any comments good or bad regarding this Garmin model radar?

I'm looking for recommendations of places to build an anodized aluminum radar arch for my 18' 2" Thunder Jet With rod, net holders, radar bracket and light mounts. Preferably in the Okanagan area. Thanks.

Raymarine Electronics Package for sale $800.00 OBO. Upgraded when purchasing a used boat. Removed at the Yamaha dealership and never used by myself. I did power things up and everything seems to function. Equipment is located in Alberta but I will be traveling to WCVI Aug 5 to meet possible...
