mcdonald boat ramp

No answers here as to who did it but must be one dumb MF , cigarette or what ever still dumb ! Anyway lots of guys using the ramp today so it looks like its still a go at the Ramp ! It was the top of the wooden ramp dock and doesn't appear to be slowing down the boat traffic.
