New heater in box with smart controler and marine install kit 1800.00 in Nanaimo

So I bought by first boat a couple years ago Double eagle 22’ and now I’m wanting to get something bigger and I’m down to a Commander, I’m really liking the rear kitchen layout on the 30’ but I’m also a little apprehensive on parking a boat that size and re-powering $$ if it was needed etc...

Looking to look at one for sale anywhere near the Gulf Islands/Vancouver. Must be a Davidson, looking to join our little fleet of two 12' and one 8' Davidsons, as they go very well with the homemade hull design of our larger powerboat.
