bottom fishing

I am wondering if there are any rocky outcrops or gravel beaches that hold flatties, greenling, big sculpins, etc in CR. I fly fish and gear fish. I overnight in CR every month or so for work and am looking for something to do.

This summer me and my friends are going fishing for rockfish in BC. We are also trying to catch a ling cod using a smaller rockfish as bait.
